For all orders of £30.00 or more we offer an option of free shipping. We are unable to guarantee when goods will be delivered, but in stock items will be dispatched by second class post within 7 working days and in many cases much quicker.

Standard Delivery
Items are typically dispatched on the same day and in all cases within 24 hours of order assuming items are in stock. Goods should arrive within two working days of dispatch. Delivery day and times cannot be guaranteed.

Next Day Delivery
Delivery to be made on the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm can expect delivery on the following working day. Orders received after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day, however priority is given to timed delivery requests. Saturday and Sundays are not working days. The time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Next Day Before 9am
Delivery to made before 9am on the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm can expect delivery on the following working day before 9am. Orders after 2pm may be dispatched on the following working day, however priority is given to timed delivery requests. Saturday and Sundays are not working days.

Saturday
Orders placed before Noon on Friday can request delivery on Saturday. No Sunday deliveries are possible.

Important Note:
The customer is responsible for completing full order details; Name, Billing Address - as it appears on the card statement address, Delivery Address, email contact and associated telephone numbers to the fullest. This will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner. The details Autowash request are processed through a verification service. Failure to provide complete and accurate details may cause a delay in the processing and dispatching of your order. Orders will not be dispatched until Autowash have cleared funds.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customers address as notified on the order process. The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Autowash are unable to change the address once the order is placed.
Goods left on request by means of Special Delivery Instructions are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be held liable for missing or stolen items.
Any surcharge that may be levied by the chosen carrier for Non delivery, re-directed or a further delivery attempt, will be charged prior to delivery.
Customs
If you are requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Autowash, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Damaged in Transit
As internal damage cannot always be identified on delivery, the Customer must sign the drivers manifest as “unchecked”. Should any damage be identified on opening the package, Autowash must be advised within 48 hours of the exact damage. It is imperative that the Customer does not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier. The claim will be handled by Autowash, and an arrangement will be made to collect the damaged goods and replacements will be sent.
We cannot accept any claims for damage if the above time scales are not followed.
Incorrect Goods
It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. If the items are not as ordered, the Customer must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the item. The Customer will also be required to provide further information on what was received i.e. manufactures product codes and a full description of what has been received.
Non-Deliveries
Autowash will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.
Autowash shall accept liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported time scales.
